Talk about customer service and quality shades! I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Rocky Mountain Shutters & Shades was pleasant and refreshing… deserving of a 5- star review! When we needed new shades and began our search at a big box store, we knew the quality was lacking and the sales rep was less than knowledgeable. We had the exact opposite experience at RMS&S. From our first visit in their show room, to our in-home consultation, to the install and a follow-up minor service call, everything has been a breeze. We expect the quality of our new shades to be as great as the service and worth the money for a long-term investment!

The service we received from Rocky Mountain Shutters and Shades was unbeatable. Staff came to our home with the largest possible selection of shades’ types and colors. We were able to make up our minds without high pressure sales tactics and feel comfortable changing our selection a bit afterwards.
