Our Installation Services

Hunter Douglas Installation Services
We use Hunter Douglas Installation Services exclusively which means the same great company that manufactured your products will be responsible for installing your products.

Standard Service includes:

  • Arrive at set appointment time
  • Use drop cloths and ladder covers to protect belongings
  • Install all window coverings to Hunter Douglas standards
  • Install all mandatory safety mechanisms
  • Remove product trash and leave jobsite clean
  • Demonstrate proper operation of all products.
  • All installers have successfully completed a background search by Hunter Douglas.

Once the installation of your new Hunter Douglas window coverings is complete, we invite you to experience and enjoy them in your home for 21 days. In the unlikely event you’re not thoroughly satisfied with the way they visually enhance your home at the end of this 21-day period, contact us during the next 21 days. For a nominal fee (not to exceed $100 per window covering), we will make a one-time replacement of your window coverings with a Hunter Douglas product of equal or lesser value of your choice.* It’s that simple.

Before your final order is placed, one of the members of our professional installation team will make an appointment to measure the project one more time.  With years of experience, backed by Hunter Douglas certification, our installers not only check measurements, they identify the nuances of the project that could affect correct installation. This Re-measure process means that you can rest at ease, knowing your order will arrive correctly the first time.
