Talk about customer service and quality shades! I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Rocky Mountain Shutters & Shades was pleasant and refreshing… deserving of a 5- star review! When we needed new shades and began our search at a big box store, we knew the quality was lacking and the sales rep was less than knowledgeable. We had the exact opposite experience at RMS&S. From our first visit in their show room, to our in-home consultation, to the install and a follow-up minor service call, everything has been a breeze. We expect the quality of our new shades to be as great as the service and worth the money for a long-term investment!
