Lane came out to introduce me to the Hunter Douglas line of cellular shades. Many different options for review and selection were made available to me. Two separate sets of measurements were done very efficiently. The final product was ready in just a few weeks. So unexpectedly soon, the installation had to be delayed due to me being out of town. Once the installation was finally underway, everything went swimmingly. Jake and his partner knew what they were doing. All twelve of my windows were completed in just a couple of hours. After the initial installation I needed a few tweaks to make make me happy. Jake came back out, and he had to make one additional trip, but in the end, this client is very pleased with my Hunter Douglas product and Rocky Mountain Shutters and Shades.
